Terms of service

Effective October 18, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and UndoCRM ("we") for using UndoCRM at https://undocrm.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use UndoCRM for a company, you agree on its behalf. Questions: hello@undocrm.com.

The service

UndoCRM is a hosted CRM for AI agents: your agents and your team store and read contacts, companies, deals, conversations and tasks, over MCP, the HTTP API and the web app. It's a hosted service; you use it at https://undocrm.com.

Accounts and organizations

Keep your sign-in and your API keys secret: anything done with them counts as done by you. Each person may create one Free organization; paid organizations have no such limit. You're responsible for who you invite and for the agents you connect.

Plans and billing

Plans and their limits are listed at https://undocrm.com/#pricing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, through Dodo Payments as our merchant of record, until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. If a subscription isn't paid, the organization is paused: its data is kept, but nothing can be read or written until it's paid. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing period.

Using UndoCRM responsibly

You agree not to use UndoCRM to break the law, to send spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive, to store data you have no right to store, or to disrupt or overload the service. When your agents contact people, honoring their opt-outs is your responsibility; UndoCRM helps by recording them and blocking agents from contacting people who opted out. We may pause or close accounts that break these terms.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide UndoCRM to you. See the privacy policy for how we handle it.

Availability

We work to keep UndoCRM fast and available, but self-serve plans come without a guaranteed uptime. Enterprise plans can include one by contract.

Disclaimers and liability

UndoCRM is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using UndoCRM and cancel at any time. We may end these terms with notice if you break them. Either way, you can ask us for a copy of your data first.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here; continuing to use UndoCRM means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
